Now select FILE again and this time select "Account Settings" on the right. From here you can delete the problematic email account. Once it is deleted, (from the same "Account Settings") you can then add an account. Now add the same account. Your Name : this should be how you want your name to display on your email. Email: full email address
Jul 15, 2020 Thunderbird not downloading email from Blueyonder I've tried changing to the recommended setting (changed from pop2.blueyonder.co.uk to pop2.virginmedia.com) but that doesn't work either. Can use webmail directly but need to work via Thunderbird. Uploading SMTP is still working fine. Thanks. Dec 20, 2017 Mozilla Thunderbird - Sky Community Is Mozilla Thunderbird still a compatible email client for my SKY emails after the 27th November ? I have received an email from SKY stating that one of my devices has out of date software. My Android phone is up to date; I have just updated Thunderbird to v68.x from 60.x.
